You won’t get a six-pack from doing just one gym session, and it’s the same with your mental wellbeing.

I do offer a one-off SOS session, but it’s completing the course where you’ll feel the real benefits.


The Course - is six sessions 60 - 90 minutes each - is to be redeemed in 14 weeks.

This gives you time in your busy life, and to see the changes taking place.

After each session, you receive the final tapping mediation as an
MP3 recording. For you to tap along to in between sessions.

    Before I work with anyone over a course of sessions, I listen.

    We’ll talk about where you are now where you’d like to be. I’ll also let you know a bit about EFT and how it can benefit you.

    Think of it as your chance to decide whether I’m right for you. But remember, it’s a two-way street – I’ll only get involved where I’m sure I can help.

    You’ll also experience the benefit of tapping, with a brief tapping session on what’s bothering you now.

  • The course of six sessions

    £330 - £55 per session

    One payment

    Discount available for paying for a course of six sessions in one payment.

    Two monthly payments of £180

    Included is the final tapping mediation as an MP3 for you to tap along to afterwards.
